支援國家自然保育、海洋治理及生物多樣性政策的發展，提供研究諮詢、能力建構、研習營與工作坊等服務。
Support Taiwan’s biodiversity, conservation, and ocean governance policies through expert consultation, capacity-building, workshops, and professional training.

推動台灣 SEPLS 的永續經營與多元權益關係人協作，提升社會–生態–生產韌性，實現大學社會責任（USR）與地方共好。
Advance sustainable SEPLS governance and multi-stakeholder collaboration across Taiwan; strengthen community resilience and fulfill the university’s social responsibility (USR) through place-based community partnerships.
